Zouk Mikael is one of the most prominent municipalities in the Kesrwan District of Lebanon. In 2016 the new municipal council promised its citizens to do a complete Digital transformation of the municipality by delivering a complete end to end e-municipality.

The e-Municipality solution leverages core capabilities of our proven BPM, and ECM platforms. The solution streamlines a wide range of municipal processes such as License issuance, Property registration and Correspondence/File management.
The e-Municipality solution helps municipal departments become more responsive to citizens by transforming critical processes and connecting information systems across departments, thereby ensuring efficient service delivery.
It enhances urban governance by leveraging emergent technologies to modernize operations, automate processes and digitize documents. It also promotes citizen-centric administration by allowing citizens to actively participate and gain complete visibility across applications and processes.
The project was successfully deployed in April 2019 and the municipality launched its e-municipality which can be defined as the first full fledged e-municipality in Lebanon
